Parallel Lines
- Parallel Lines-are two lines side by side that are equal to each other and do not connect with each other.
- If the lines in my picture were not parallel there would not be a correct design on the ribbon, the length would probably have to be different.
- There are no transversals intersecting the lines on the ribbon.
- The lines in the picture are parallel to each other because they line up with one another, each white strip has a strip next to it.
- There are no angles in this picture.
- You prove angles parallel by determining if the two lines ever intersect and if the slope is the same or not.
